Today On 26^th September 2017 Nokia launch its Flagship Nokia 8 conforming the Nokia 8 price in India something that had already been revealed by Amazon Listing. Nokia 8 has several highlight feature, including its top-end Snapdragon 835 SoC, Dual camera Setup with ‘Bothie’ features, as well as its premium unibody design crafted from a single block of 6000 series aluminum.

In HMD globe it is also cleared that Nokia 8 is going to be an Amazon Exclusive and be available via offline store too.

It is seen that Nokia 8 can make a competition to OnePlus 5. Notably, OnePlus 5 with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is available at Rs 32,999 and other of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs 37,999. But here Nokia 8 with 4GB RAM and 64Gb storage comes with a price tag of Rs 36,999 and will be available from 14^th of October on Amazon India, Croma, Reliance, Sangeetha Mobiles, Poorvika, and BigC, apart from other offline stores.

 Nokia 8 will be launched in polished Blue, Tempered Blue and Steel color variants. Nokia 8 with copper color variant will go on sale a few weeks later.

It is also revealed by Nokia that Nokia 8 that are sold in India will be made in India.

Nokia 8 comes with a great offer from Jio where you can get a 100GB of additional data-10GB extra data a month for up to 10 reacharges (Rs 309 and Above) until August 2018.

Nokia 8 specification and feature

Nokia 8 is a Dual SIM (nano) Smartphone that runs with Andriod 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box, with an update to Andriod 8.0 Oreo promised. Nokia 8  comes with a 5.3QHD IPS display with 2.5D curved corning Gorilla Glass 5 with screen resolution 1440pixel by 2560pixels. Nokia 8  is IP54 rated, which make it splash proof.

Nokia 8  is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC ( 4 Kryo cores clocked at 2.5GHz and 4Kryo core clocked at 1.8GHz) coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

Nokia 8  comes with Dual Camera Setup of two 13megapixel sensor-one is an RGB sensor and feature optical image stabilization (OIS), while the other is a monochrome sensor. Both the sensor comes with a aperture of f/2.0, 1.12-micron pixel elements, phase detection autofocus, a 76.9-degree wide-angle lens, phase detection autofocus (PDAF), dual-tone LED flash and an IR range finder.

On the front Nokia 8  comes with a 13megapixel sensor with PDAF, 1.12-micron Pixel, an f/2.0 aperture and an 78.4-degree wide angle lens. All the camera comes with Carl Zeiss optics and comes with a ‘bothies’ feature with the smartphone, allowing user to take photos or videos using the front and rear camera simultaneously.

Nokia 8  is also optimized for one-touch live-streaming via Facebook Live and YouTube live.

Nokia 8  comes with 64GB of inbuilt UFS2.1 storage and can be expandable upto 256GB by using MicroSD card in a Hybrid dual-SIM slot.

In terms of connectivity option Nokia 8 include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/A-GPS, USB Type-C and 3.5mm Jack.

On sensor Nokia 8  comes with Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer,digital compass, gyroscope and a proximity sensor and in terms of power Nokia 8 comes with a 3090mAh non removable battery that packed in an aluminum body measures 151.5×73.7×7.9mm.

Should you buy this?

Yes you can, it seems to be little high in price but I think it is a phone that deserves this price.
