Why Does a Phone Get Hot ?

Heating of you phone? Why? How you can solve it?

Today’s life is nothing without smart phones, but all of us are facing a problem of heating. And we are really thinking that is it damage for our phone? So guys here we are going to discus everything about it. So guys stay tuned….

Heat: Before we started let us discus about heat. Heat is a natural phenomenon which occurs in each mechanical process. Each machine got heated although when you rub your hand each other or when you hammered a nail it also got heated.

There are so many reason of phone heating. So friends let we discus them one by one.

Processor :

Now coming to our phone, our phone get heated due to the processor which are made up of semiconductor and Inside the processor there are small particle which runs inside and do work. In this phenomenon the small particle hits each other and heat generated. Heat is generated but why we feel the heat?

Actually today’s phone are too slim and due to this our processor are just behind our back cover and so we feel the heat. If there is space between the processor and other part of the phone then heat can dissipate easily and we may not feel the heat on our hand.

 Overload:

If you are doing normal work like calling, massages or in standby mode our phone does not became too hot. But if you do multiple task or you do some heavy task like gaming it starts became hot because than you processor has to do work fast or to do multiple work. It can also be happen with HD   video recording too.

Dense battery :

The battery technology is not too improved but we need  small battery’s for our phone for which make our phone heat. When our phone is charging or discharging it dissipate some of heat to surrounding.

Ambient Temperature :

It is temperature of the surrounding that is also responsible for your phone heating. If the surrounding is hot then the heat transfer of the processor to the surrounding became less than your phone became hot.

 Poor Signal :

If you are in a low signal area than most of the energy of your phone runs to the signal antenna to capture more and more signal, on doing this the phone became hot. It also happen with the WI-Fi too.

We have discus some of the major cause of phone heating. So let we discuss how much heating is normal and when you have to concern about it.

As I discus above heating is normal to your phone. So if your phone heats up to 40° - 45° or 48 °C you could be relax. Please don’t think that only your phone heats only, no it’s not. Each and every phone heats and believe me phone like apple and Samsung also heats. But it’s not mean that apple and Samsung is not good. They are the best brands now.
But if your phone heats when it is on standby mode, than please it could be dangerous.

Effect of Heating :

Throttling :
Actually there is a inbuilt phenomenon which make the processor slow when it gets heated. Which make the processor slow which can reduce the heat generated. You can observed that if you play high end game for long time after some time the game is not running as it is running at first. Have you noticed it???

Solution :
Cheek if any of your app running background and it runs the processor. If happens than delete or uninstall the app as fast as you can.

Sometimes the software is not optimized with the processor so cheek for new software updates because mobile companies gives updates that can optimized to the processor.

For example sometime you might see that two phone of same processor one of which get heated easily where other does not. This is because ones software is optimized nicely with the processor where the other one is not nicely optimized.

Thanks for reading. If you have any suggestion or question you can write it bellow in the comment. And if you think this is really informative than please share it.
