Successor of Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 4 has been spoted on a Chinese certification site tipping an imminent launch. The alleged Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 with codenames MET7/MEE7 has been leaked  on TENAA tipping specifications of the upcoming smartphone.
Redmi Note 5 is one of the phone for which people are thinks off. The company announced the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 recently in China with claims of a massive ‘eight-day battery life’. According to TENNA listing, the Redmi Note 5 will sport an 18:9 aspect ratio, matching the current trend of some handset companies. 

According to the leaks Redmi Note 5 tips 5.99-inch full-HD+ 2.5D curved glass display.

There is not any specific detail about the chipset but rumors suggest it to be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600-series SoC. It is expected that Redmi Note 5 could be come in two variant : 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, could be an expandable storage up to 128GB via microSD card. Redmi Note 5 could be run with MIUI 9 out-of-boxes based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat.

It is said that Redmi Note 5 could be sport a 12-megapixel rear camera alongside a 5-megapixel camera at the front. The TENNA listing tiped that Redmi Note 5 could be packs a 4000mAh battery which is slightly smaller than 4100mAh battery seen on Redmi Note 4.
In terms of connectivity option Redmi Note 5 comes with hybrid SIM slot.

TENNA listing also include images that tip that the handset will sport a fingerprint sensor located at the back. Redmi Note 5 also seen with rounded corner which make it more beautiful. The listing also says its measures 158.5× 75.4× 8mm and weight roughly 180 grams.
